Perum LKBN Antara is looking for Project Manager with minum 5 years working experience as manager/associate manager.

 

Position Summary

There is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a Professional Services team that develops and implements software that is focused on providing Trading and Wealth solutions to financial institutions, with complex clients and products. Primary purpose of the role is to bridge the communication gap between Refinitiv’s customers and global Professional Services delivery teams by fronting project implementations, managing customer relations and expectations and ensuring desired high standards of customer experience. Project Managers are exposed to a wide variety of functional and technical areas and interact with a broad mix of both internal and external stakeholders.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects that involve implementing the software for new clients, expanding the product offering for existing clients and enhancing the capabilities of the core platform
  • Liaise directly with clients to identify and capture business requirements, facilitate workshops and manage expectations
  • Coordinate documenting business and functional requirements using industry best practice
  • Plan, agree and oversee implementation timelines with both the client and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the teams involved in delivery, developing, testing and deploying the software and services to ensure alignment with the signed off requirements
  • Update project planning, time tracking and financial reporting systems
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with the global Professional Services team, product team and sales colleagues
  • Assist with testing of platform enhancements and fixes
  • Contribute to core product enhancement requests

Qualifications / Experience

Essential:

  • Proficient in English and native in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Project Management experience, both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar client-facing role
  • Domain experience in the financial services industry, including systems and processes, preferably in the FX Trading, OMS and Online Solutions space
  • Excellent, well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, highly accountable and detail oriented individual
  • Demonstrable problem solving skills of complex issues and follow-through actions, including documenting solutions
  • Experience working with both onshore/offshore project delivery models
  • A strong track record of software implementations, from requirements gathering through to go-live
  • Evidence of collaborative working within a globally distributed Professional Services or technical implementations team
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field

Desirable:

  • Working with Financial Institutions in the Banking space and broad understanding of trading workflows
  • Relevant technical exposure and understanding of the following technologies:
    • Relational databases and SQL
    • Java/JavaScript
    • XML
    • Web servers
    • APIs
