IT Support Engineer (Bloomberg – Antara Partnership Operation)

Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
  • ⁠At least 1 year of hands-on IT support or network experience.
  • ⁠Skilled in troubleshooting Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS.
  • ⁠Knowledge of networking basics (routers, switches, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN).
  • ⁠Preferred Certifications (optional but advantages): Data Centre Professional (CDCP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Data Management   Professional (CDMP), Juniper Networks Certified Associate (JNCIA-Junos), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • Fluent in English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • ⁠Able to work under pressure and manage priorities.
  • ⁠Strong teamwork and ability to work independently.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
  • ⁠Able to lift and transport PC and networking equipment.
  • Flexible, organized, and physically fit for the role 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site hardware, software, and network support (in-person and remote).
  • ⁠Install and maintain PCs, routers, servers, and related equipment.
  • ⁠Manage hardware delivery, installation, removal, and inventory tasks.
  • ⁠Deliver professional customer service under pressure.
  • ⁠Guide customers through technology workflows following best practices.
  • ⁠Suggest improvements to recurring issues and support processes.
  • ⁠Record troubleshooting and service activities in the ticketing system.
  • ⁠Multitask efficiently with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • ⁠Collaborate with team members for smooth support coverage.
  • ⁠Work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends (proper overtime compensation or substitution leave provided).
IT Programmer 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems or related field.
  • ⁠Proficient in PHP, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.
  • ⁠Strong knowledge of database systems (MySQL or MariaDB).
  • ⁠Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • ⁠Interest in social media and digital platforms.
  • ⁠Strong time management skills and ability to work under deadlines.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance CRM applications using PHP and MariaDB.
  • ⁠Design and implement additional application modules to support business operations.
  • ⁠Perform regular data backup and ensure data security.
  • ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver application solutions.
